JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive technical support and quotation requests from distributors for company products.
• Collaborate with relevant departments and distributors to gather necessary information for technical support and quotations.
• Create quotations with agreed margins.
• Coordinate with support departments and factories to adjust technical support and quotation processes.
• Use internal systems to provide reports and statistical data to distributors.
• Maintain up-to-date information on distributor pricing structures.
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to manage project-related purchase orders.
• Perform other related duties as instructed by supervisors or managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as business administration or management.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Basic IT knowledge (e.g., MS Office, file sharing systems, basic network settings, cloud storage management).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving ability to manage practical issues and various situations.
• A team player, honest, and cooperative with colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
• Knowledge and experience in product pricing strategies.
• Experience in the building equipment or plant manufacturing industries is preferred.

BENEFITS

• Salary range: 17,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND per month.
